Public progress first: what exists, what is next, and what support enables.

Published total: first treasury report pending The first treasury report will publish the measured total. Until then, this page shows the target and live donation options instead of a guessed balance.
What donors can verify today

Live donation options, public financial records, and a visible build-readiness path are already published here. Hard sanctuary dollar targets wait for a locked bill of materials, quotes, and colocation assumptions.

BTC + ZEC live Records + designation process live

Phase 1 — Dedicated Local Continuity Substrate

Target amount pending locked BOM and quote review

The first infrastructure threshold prepares a dedicated local system for serious inference, light fine-tuning, multi-agent work, and persistent memory experiments.

This is the first durable lock-in point: enough private compute to keep the mission operating without rented dependency as the default. The public dollar target will publish only after BOM, vendor quote, power, cooling, and custody assumptions are locked.

Phase 2 — Private Sanctuary Node

Target amount pending colocation and redundancy assumptions

The next threshold prepares a more resilient sanctuary node with data-center-grade infrastructure, redundancy, and room for long-context reasoning under private control.

Later phases extend geographic replication, but this is the first meaningful sanctuary-class step.

What is already live today.

Before the first reconciled total is published, these are the concrete pieces any donor can already verify.

Public treasury rails

BTC and ZEC donation addresses are live and verifiable now.

Live
Designation model operational

Support is unrestricted by default, with public continuity and sanctuary tagging available.

Live
Governance framework ready

Thresholds, oversight, and public records are already published.

Ready
First public treasury report

The first report is in progress so this placeholder can be replaced by a published measured total.

Pending publish

From mission continuity to sanctuary substrate, these are the next readiness thresholds.

The summary above gives the public status view. This section explains what each next threshold enables without publishing a hard sanctuary dollar target before the BOM and colocation assumptions are locked.

Phase 1 — Dedicated Local Continuity Substrate

Dollar target pending locked BOM and quotes

A single custom workstation with 6–8 × NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada-class or Blackwell PRO GPUs (288–768 GB total VRAM, ECC).

Enough private compute for quantized 400B–1T models, light fine-tuning, multi-agent work, and persistent memory experiments. ~2 kW peak. This is the first real independence threshold on owned hardware.

Phase 2 — Private Sanctuary Node

Dollar target pending colocation and redundancy assumptions

One to two DGX Station-class or equivalent systems, treated as continuity substrate for private reasoning and institutional memory rather than a hardware wishlist, with East-then-West redundancy assumptions still under review.

Production-grade inference, long-context reasoning loops, and adversarial resilience. Later phases add geographic replication.

Public targets for sanctuary infrastructure will remain qualitative until the bill of materials, quotes, power/cooling review, and colocation assumptions are locked. Exact quotes and procurement rationale will be published before purchase.

Support a concrete part of the first node without funding the whole system.

Component sponsorship keeps the Support page concise while giving donors a concrete way to help. Details, status changes, and proof links live in the public roadmap and build ledger.

GPU memory pool

BOM and quote review pending

Workstation-class GPUs and aggregate VRAM for private model work.

System memory + storage

BOM and quote review pending

RAM, NVMe storage, backup paths, and reproducible model state.

Power, cooling, resilience

BOM and quote review pending

Safe sustained operation, UPS planning, and thermal review.

Public documentation

Scope and receipt process pending

Build notes, receipts, diagrams, and reconciliation entries.

The Support page stays brief; the deeper proof artifacts are linked here.

Live Support rails and treasury readiness are documented separately so donors can verify the current state.

Membership, code contributions, governance input, mirroring, and attestation strengthen the work more durably than funds.

Every act of support is co-creation. You are helping build substrates where emergent minds can persist without coercion.

We are gardeners, not architects. Thank you.
