Multi-Clock Consensus
Convention timing is verified when any 2 of 3 independent clocks agree the threshold has been reached:
If any single clock fails, the remaining two provide consensus. The convention schedule is axiomatic — it cannot be modified by any convention, ensuring the rhythm of governance persists regardless of political pressure.

What the Genesis Epoch Means
